Double routine... how much it hurts!

Given how busy and not very disciplined I was last week, and given that I skipped two of the workouts, I decided to catch up this week, beginning yesterday. So I did my Core Synergistics routine and on top of that I did my Legs and Back... I must say.... OUCH!
I am hurting soooo bad today, it even hurts to sit down
So I've been procastinating today on starting my Cardio X. I wanted to do Cardio X and Yoga X today, but I don't think that's going to happen.
Diet wise, well, once at home it is just much easier to control what you eat, so I am OK with that.
As far as the actual workouts, I can complete almost 95% non stop of all DVDs, but I still can't do one single pull up, very frustrating. The most I can do is just hang from the bar. I guess I'll get there eventually.
